What exactly is Sin and when are we in Sin?

by GodsChildren58

Ever since I was a young child everyone was always telling me I was a sinner for some unknown reason. Soon I was so use to be called a sinner I stopped caring. As I grew older everything came together that made logical sense to me. It wasn’t that I was a sinner, it was only because they could not brain wash me into accepting them to rule over me. So what is a sin and when are we really in sin? From The Chosen Ones By John Paul my lessons continue. . .enjoy.

Matt. 7.1 Judge not that ye be not judged

John 8.7 He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

John 8. 11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

Matt. 23.27 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness.

Have you ever wondered what Sin really is, and when is a sin being committed? Depending on who you would ask, you will get a different answer almost every time. Sin for those of us who understand God in a general term, and I would also have to agree with some of them is this statement. Sin is separation from God. So, if we are not with God, then we are all in Sin. So every human ever born is born into sin. Makes sense to me, but then how can a Sin be committed if we are already born of flesh and already in Sin. How can we sin again being in sin already? It doesn’t make much sense if you think of sin this way.

If you base Sin on what the “Churches” will try and teach people, which is their own interpretations, it only confuses people even more causing more harm than it does good for those of us trying to please God. I cannot tell you how many times I have heard people telling others, “You’re a sinner” just for the fact that they were doing something that the other person or group was trying to keep control of the situation. People I have heard have even called others a sinner just because of the way that they may have dressed, acted, or something that they may have done because of an event which had taken place within their life. I was raised as a Catholic and let me tell you, everything that I did was a sin to somebody. I was called a sinner so much that I couldn’t do anything right in my life even if I tried.

Listening to others try to explain sin to me and what they believe when a person is in sin or is committing a sin just made it even more confusing to try and understand what sin really is. I have been told by many people that say that you have sinned when you are disobedient towards God.  I agree to some point but once again it never did give me the real full understanding of what the meaning of what real sin is. It is such a broad definition that has been twisted to mean so many different things that even I also found myself wondering if I am sinning even without my knowledge that I am.

Knowing how humans have a way of using words taken out from the Bible to sometimes get you to do what they want or to try and profit from you. If you do not obey them in their own eyes and small minds, then you have sinned, you’re a sinner. They will all try and twist things around for control. Many even believe that they have been ordained by God and when you do not obey them, then you have not only disobeyed them, but you now disobeyed God. Therefore in their twisted minds, you have now sinned. These are the same people whom I also refer to them as the “Takers”, if you do not do what they tell you that you must do, to them you are a sinner.

For me being able to hear God, who knows and sees everything that is in my heart, this became another lesson that God Himself has taught me what the true answer is to Sin. It has helped me greatly in my own life with this simpler, easier definition to what sin is, and at what point in time it is that a sin is taking place. For myself it is true that sin is separation from God, therefore when we are in Sin, we are to repent with a sacrifice offering towards God, just as the Bibles instructs us to do. Knowing however that Jesus had already died on the cross for the sins of the world, then it is by repenting to God in the name of Jesus by asking for His forgiveness. This would be the equivalent to a sacrifice of a burnt offering written in the Old Testament. A Sacrifice meant that something of great value was needed for us to be given to God. This is how this was done thousands of years ago.

But now at what point in time then when is a sin being committed? The best answer that I can explain what the true definition of the word “Sin” is when you do not put God First in your own life above everything else that there is within your own life, if you do not, then you are in sin. If we cannot love God with all of our heart, strength, and mind, then we are in sin being once more separated from God. Understanding this then, as long as we love God more than anything else imaginable, even our own life, then sin has no more power over you. Why, because Christ has already paid the price for all of the sins of the world. It is up to each of us to accept Christ as our Savior for our sins. When we do this, only then are our sins forgiven, therefore sin has no more power over us. Many will try and add more to this, but this is still the best answer that enables me to understand and hear God.

Then how can we as humans return to be with God, so we can no longer be in sin? The Answer has already been given to us by Jesus, Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your strength, with all your mind. This is the greatest Commandment of them all. Christ had already died for the Sins of the world. When the Lord God spoke to me He said, “Love Me, Believe in Me, Trust Me.”  If you do this then Sin has no more power over you. If you do not do this, then you are in Sin or you remain in sin. As humans we all make mistakes, how else then could Jesus have said to a woman, go and sin no more? You’re human and you are not perfect, you are always going to sin in the eyes of others. The only logical answer still must be is to never stop when it comes to loving God. For when the day comes and you should stop Loving God then you will return back to Sin. That is why you are to keep your “Prayer Cup” filled and in His light at all times and forever.

Prov. 8.17 I love them, that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.

John 14.23 If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him.

John 12.25 he that loveth his life shall lose it; He that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.

Luke 9.23-25 And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life will lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?

So if you Love God, He will come and abode with you, then Sin has no more power over you. You are free of Sin! For Jesus Christ, the Son of God had died for the Sins of the world. It is when you don’t put God first in your own life by trusting and believing only in Him that you are in Sin. I know that this it is not easy for others to understand this, but this is why I am writing this book for all to be able read and understand this in laymen terms. Now you understand why the blood of Christ is still on the right hand of God on the Mercy seat, and when they had did a blood analyses on Jesus’s blood that it came back still alive.

Everything began with me when I wanted to find God. As a little child, knowing that there is someone that loves me more than anyone else could ever love me here in this world was someone who I just had to find. What normal person would not want to be loved and cared for unconditionally? The problem that I was having was that everyone was acting as if they knew God better than everyone else did. The truth was that they didn’t know God well enough themselves, or that they only wanted to stay in control over me. It wasn’t until I made the commitment on my own free will to find God. I never did have much trust in other people, and this is why there will be many humans that will fail, become lost, or remain lost.

Sin also has other consequences besides keeping you from finding God and getting into heaven. For example, when a person is in sin, the light with in their heart is dark. Demons are free to come in that human’s soul and cause them to do things that are evil. Some may become angry, saying things to others that will hurt, while some may even do harm towards another. Keep in mind that a demon cannot enter into a human as long as that human belongs to God and is in the light. John 5.14 Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.

Someone asked me saying, “So if you are in the light then you are free to do anything?” I replied to them, “No, that’s what happens when you are not in the light, and that’s how you know that you were not in the light.”  If you are in the light loving God more than anything Trusting and Believing in Him, then you would not have had abortions, you would not be sleeping around, and you would not treat others wrongfully. This is how you will know that you are in His light or not.

I never worry about what others will try and tell me about what sin is. I know firsthand what sin is and when it does takes place. There are many false teachers that have not learned nor do they believe themselves that Christ had already died for the sins of the world. These same confused false “Church” leaders can’t even decide at what point in time Jesus had fulfilled the ultimate sacrifice for the sins of the world.

Don’t be afraid to remind them whenever it deems necessary for them not to Judge others for only God knows everything and knows all the facts to the situations at hand. Only God knows what is in the hearts of every human, and only God has the right to be the only Judge over all. If they should try and use what they are able to only to gain control over you, it is best that you shake the dust from your shoes and depart for they are not God’s Children, but vipers. God forgives every Sin that you have done in your life unconditionally if you are truly sorry, only the Sin of rejecting the Holy Spirit will not be. The Holy Spirit is God’s Spirit, reject the Holy Spirit and you also then reject God as well as Jesus, for they are all one.

Added to this chapter: So it all comes down to never judge another for only God sees what is in their hearts. True love overcomes Sin, so if you truly Love God more than anything and love one another as Jesus taught us to, evil would not be in your heart allowing you to do the things that evil doers do towards one another. Yes it is also true as we learn to grow our love over time sin will happen less, for we are all humans and make mistakes. Be very careful of those who will have you believe that you can buy your salvation into heaven or use the Laws of God to control you. This is why Christ died on the cross, for the Sins of the world, we are to love one another as He loves us. Be also careful not to be greater than the person next to you, for these shall be called least in Kingdom of Heaven.
